Kathy M. Gandara is a licensed California attorney, having been admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court in June 1995, after graduating with honors from University of La Verne School of Law. Throughout her career, Kathy has represented both public entity and private clients in civil litigation matters. Her practice now focuses on workplace investigations and Title IX campus investigations.
